A Sentimental Dance 2013

Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Created in response to a multi-year collaboration with Khmer Art Ensemble in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. This piece reflects my simplistic study of a Classical Khmer dance and the juxtaposition of the contemporary sex trade in Phnom Penh.

Choreography: Amanda Miller

Dancers: Dana Dlugosz, Paul Struck

Commissioned by the Philadelphia Museum of Art’s, Art after 5
